YoBit Wallet, Inc.
Privacy, product terms, and brand guidance.
These documents explain how information is handled, the rules that apply when you use YoBit Wallet, and how the YoBit Wallet name and visual assets may be referenced. They apply across the website and the desktop experience for Markets, Trade, Wallets, YoFarm, and InvestBox.
Your information
Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how YoBit Wallet, Inc. handles information when you visit the YoBit Wallet website, use the desktop application, view Markets or Trade, manage Wallets, interact with YoFarm or InvestBox, choose a platform download, or contact Support. “YoBit Wallet,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to YoBit Wallet, Inc.
Independent websites, networks, assets, and services have their own privacy practices. This policy does not replace the terms or policies that apply to them.
2. Information you provide
You may provide account identifiers, contact details, product preferences, information connected with an instruction, and details included in a Support request. Useful Support context can include your operating system, application version, affected feature, asset, market pair, action, or a public transaction hash.
Do not include passwords, 2FA codes, private keys, recovery phrases, API keys, or other credentials in a Support message or any field that does not expressly require them.
3. Account, wallet, and transaction information
To present the product areas you request, YoBit Wallet may process account status, balances, asset and pair selections, order information, trade history, deposit and withdrawal status, wallet activity, and the state of YoFarm or InvestBox instructions. The information available depends on the product area, your account state, and the services involved.
Public transaction hashes and network activity may be visible on public ledgers or through independent network services. Public ledger records are not controlled by YoBit Wallet and may not be changeable or erasable.
4. Device and usage information
When needed to deliver or protect the product, information may include browser and device type, operating system, application version, language, network request information, timestamps, feature interactions, performance events, and diagnostic or security signals. This information can help load the correct experience, maintain compatibility, investigate failures, and prevent misuse.
The current website does not use non-essential advertising or analytics storage. If that practice changes, this policy and the consent experience will be updated as required.
5. Essential browser storage
The website uses essential local browser storage to remember whether you accepted the cookie notice. This prevents the same notice from reappearing after acceptance. The Support conversation state is kept only for the active page session and is reset when a new Support session begins.
You can remove the consent choice through your browser’s site-data controls. If browser storage is blocked or cleared, the notice may appear again.
6. How information is used
Information is used to provide the website and desktop experience, present balances and market context, carry out valid product instructions, maintain account and product security, respond to Support requests, diagnose technical issues, enforce these Terms of Service, meet applicable legal obligations, and improve reliability and usability.
Essential consent storage is not used to build advertising profiles or track activity across unrelated websites.
7. How information may be shared
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, market data, communications, security, diagnostics, or customer support, but only as needed for the relevant service. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, to protect users or the product, to investigate suspected fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
YoBit Wallet does not treat public market information or public ledger records as private. Avoid placing confidential information in public transaction fields.
8. Blockchain and third-party services
Market views may obtain public price, volume, or order-book information from independent data sources. Network and asset activity may depend on third-party services or public infrastructure. Those providers can receive ordinary network request information and apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Links to operating-system providers, social channels, token projects, networks, or other external destinations take you outside the YoBit Wallet website. YoBit Wallet does not control the privacy or availability of those destinations.
9. Retention and safeguards
Information is retained for the period reasonably needed to provide the relevant product function, respond to a request, maintain security and records, meet applicable obligations, or establish and defend legal claims. Essential browser storage remains on your device until you clear it or the stored value is replaced.
YoBit Wallet applies safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the product function. No connected service, device, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security, so you must also protect your device and credentials.
10. Privacy choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Verification may be required before a request is completed.
Use the Support interaction in the Header or Footer for a privacy request. Include enough non-secret information to identify the relevant account, event, or Support conversation.
11. International processing and age requirement
YoBit Wallet is intended for a global audience. Information may be processed in locations with privacy rules different from those where you live, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
You must be old enough and legally permitted to use digital-asset services where you live. YoBit Wallet is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to the handling of their information.
12. Policy changes and Support
This policy may change when the product, website behavior, or applicable requirements change. The effective and last-reviewed dates identify the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate product or website notice when required.
For questions about this policy or the handling of information, open YoBit Wallet Support from the Header or Footer.
Using the product
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance, eligibility, and accounts
By accessing the YoBit Wallet website, installing or using the desktop application, or using a product area, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms and may use YoBit Wallet only where permitted by applicable law. If you use the product for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping account details accurate. Access to particular assets, markets, features, or downloads may depend on your location, device, account status, or applicable requirements.
2. Credentials and account security
You are responsible for protecting your device, password, 2FA method, API credentials, and any other means of account access. Do not share credentials with Support or another person. Notify Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or an instruction you did not authorize.
YoBit Wallet may require additional verification or may restrict an instruction when reasonably necessary to protect an account, the product, or other users.
3. Wallet and account controls
Wallets can present balances, deposits, withdrawals, and history associated with supported assets and account activity. Review the selected asset, network, address, amount, and any displayed status before confirming an instruction. An instruction is not complete merely because it appears in a form or local preview.
YoBit Wallet does not promise that every asset, network, address format, or account function will be available at all times. Controls and limits may change to reflect security, liquidity, maintenance, or legal requirements.
4. Trading and asset instructions
Markets and Trade can present pairs, prices, charts, order books, buy and sell controls, open orders, and trade history. You are responsible for checking the pair, side, amount, price, fee, and total before submitting an instruction. An order may execute in whole, in part, later, or not at all depending on its terms and market conditions.
Once an instruction has been accepted or an external transaction has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel or reverse it. Product calculations and previews are informational until the relevant service confirms the result.
5. Market, liquidity, and digital-asset risk
Digital assets can be volatile, illiquid, technically complex, or lose all value. Prices can move rapidly, order books can change, and displayed market data can be delayed or unavailable. Network disruption, asset changes, forks, security events, issuer actions, or legal developments can affect access and value.
YoFarm and InvestBox involve additional asset, liquidity, reward, market, and program risks. Displayed rates, rewards, liquidity, bank status, or investment-plan terms can change and are not guaranteed returns. You are responsible for evaluating whether an asset or instruction is appropriate for you.
6. Deposits and withdrawals
Before a deposit or withdrawal, verify the asset, supported network, destination, tag or memo where required, amount, and fee. Sending an unsupported asset, using an incompatible network, or entering an incorrect destination can result in delay or permanent loss.
Completion can depend on account review, network confirmation, maintenance, congestion, third-party infrastructure, and applicable limits. A displayed status or estimate is not a guarantee of completion time.
7. Fees and taxes
Applicable trading, withdrawal, network, program, or other fees are presented in the relevant product context when available and may change. You are responsible for reviewing fees before confirming an instruction.
You are responsible for determining and meeting any tax, reporting, or recordkeeping obligations that apply to your activity. YoBit Wallet does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use YoBit Wallet to violate applicable law, evade lawful restrictions, infringe rights, manipulate markets, commit fraud, impersonate another person, distribute malware, probe or compromise systems, interfere with product operation, or gain unauthorized access to accounts or data.
You may not use automation in a way that degrades the product, bypass access controls, misrepresents activity, or harms other users. You may not submit another person’s confidential information without authority.
9. Desktop software license and updates
YoBit Wallet, Inc. grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the desktop application for its intended purpose. Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, copy protected components, bypass technical controls, or reverse engineer the application.
Updates may change features, compatibility, supported assets, system requirements, or security behavior. Obtain YoBit Wallet only through the platform choices and download links presented by YoBit Wallet, and keep your operating system and application current.
10. Market data and third-party services
Prices, charts, volumes, order books, token information, network status, and other market data may come from independent sources. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or different from the final execution result and must not be treated as a guaranteed quote.
Networks, token projects, operating-system providers, public data endpoints, and external links are operated independently. Their terms, fees, restrictions, and privacy practices apply to their services. A factual reference or link does not by itself mean that YoBit Wallet endorses or controls the third party.
11. Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YoBit Wallet is provided “as is” and “as available.” YoBit Wallet, Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a particular market outcome, compatibility with every device or asset, or the continued availability of a feature.
Mandatory warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YoBit Wallet, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the product, including lost profits, opportunities, data, or digital assets.
Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited is limited only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to the claim.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify YoBit Wallet, Inc. and its affiliates against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of YoBit Wallet, material breach of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
14. Suspension, termination, and changes
YoBit Wallet may suspend or restrict access to an account, instruction, asset, market, or hosted product function when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, compliance with applicable law, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the product at any time.
Features and these terms may change as the product and applicable requirements evolve. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
15. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without permission; YoBit Wallet, Inc. may transfer them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.
These terms are governed by the law that applies under mandatory legal rules. Nothing here selects a jurisdiction that has not otherwise been established or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. Support
Use the Support interaction in the Header or Footer for account, product, privacy, security, or terms questions. Provide enough non-secret context to identify the issue. Never send a password, 2FA code, private key, recovery phrase, or API key.
Brand ownership
Trademarks
1. YoBit Wallet brand assets
YoBit Wallet, the YoBit Wallet name, the YoBit Wallet logo, product names, interface assets, visual identity, and related brand materials are trademarks, service marks, or protected assets of YoBit Wallet, Inc. or its licensors. No license is granted except with written permission or as expressly allowed by applicable law.
2. Third-party marks
Token names and symbols, network names, operating-system marks, exchange names, and third-party logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance may identify an asset, compatibility, market, network, or destination and does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership by YoBit Wallet, Inc.
3. Permitted factual references
You may make truthful, plain-text references to YoBit Wallet and accurately describe product compatibility or an independent review. Any reference must be clear about who is speaking and must not suggest that independent content is issued, approved, sponsored, or operated by YoBit Wallet, Inc.
4. Prohibited use
You may not impersonate YoBit Wallet, create a misleading affiliation, register confusingly similar names, alter or combine the logo, copy protected interface assets as branding, or use YoBit Wallet marks in fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful materials. Do not present a modified logo or product screen as an official YoBit Wallet release.
Use Support for trademark questions or to report misleading use of the YoBit Wallet name or product assets.
